Technical Department

Bolts & Quarters is a Certified BabyLock, Bernina, Bernette, Viking, Handi Quilter, and HQ Stitch service and repair center. Our technicians can clean, oil, and adjust your machine for your yearly maintenance. They can also repair any older machine that parts may still available for. Our technicians can work on just about any domestic, embroidery, longarm, and serger machines.

Tim has been with Bolts & Quarters since 2015. He is an Advanced Certified Handi Quilter Longarm Service Technician, as well as the full line of BabyLock machines. Tim is available most Wednesdays in store to schedule appointments from 11am-7pm. He also does longarm deliveries, setups, installs, moves and lessons. Tim does offer in-home service of longarms for a fee as well as a gas fee.

 

Eric has been with Bolts & Quarters since 2022. He is a 30 year navy veteran with over 20 years of electrical experience. He is a certified Bernina, Viking, and Babylock Technician. He has gained a vast knowledge in his limited time at Bolts & Quarters.

Peter has been with Bolts & Quarters since the beginning of 2023.  Peter is a certified Bernina and Singer Technician.
