Join us this fall for a charity event for Quilts of Valor of West Virginia.  Brian McCoy, aka the Redneck Quilter™, was commissioned by Maribeth Shreve, the State Coordinator, last year to design an all new pattern that would qualify as a Quilt of Valor.  This new design, aptly named "Bursting in Air" is 78" x 78" square.

Bursting in Air is composed of 1 block, with sashing, cornerstones, and borders. No special rulers are needed for this class. Bolts & Quarters Quilt Shop will be happy to make kits for the quilt.  Just let us know after you register for this class.  Fabric Requirements will be determined at a later time, prior to class.

Brian will be donating 100% of the proceeds from all of your class registration fees and the $10 for the pattern.  And he will present this donation to Maribeth and QOV-WV during the event.  

The class will be held 9/28/24 from 9am-4pm at the Maranatha's Quilt House.  Maranatha's Quilt House is located at 2910 Kanawha Terrace, St. Albans, WV.   Lunch will be a potluck, so bring some foodies to share, along with some great sewcializin' for a very worthy cause.
